Safe Use of Solvents

In close collaboration with the UK-based Solvents Industry Association (SIA), ESIG is currently updating the Solvents and Static Electricity and Solvents and IBCs films.

We are in the final stages of filming and expect to complete the work in July.

Both films will be available in 6 languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Greek.

The Solvents Industry Association (SIA) and ESIG recently organised another Solvents training course in Ludwigshafen, Germany. We would like to extend our gratitude to BASF for having hosted this event on 16^th and 17^th May.

During this 2-day training, participants had the opportunity to enhance their knowledge in various aspects of the Solvents industry, including:

  • Different types of solvents
  • Various end-uses and applications of solvents
  • Safety, health, environment, and legislation related to solvents
  • And much more!

We are pleased to announce that the next Solvents training courses are scheduled for 11^th and 12^th October in Brussels.
To ensure productive interaction and dynamic discussions, the number of seats for our Solvents Training is limited. We encourage you to register asap.

Please note that the courses are free for ESIG members. However, non-ESIG members are kindly requested to pay a fee of 250€ per session.
