Return to Full Strength and Leadership Changes
We’re pleased to share that our team is back to full strength with Hélène returning from medical leave in early January. A heartfelt thank you to Mayara Sousa for her outstanding dedication and support during this time — her contributions have been truly appreciated. We wish her continued success in her new role within Cefic’s Specialty Chemicals Department.
Petrochemicals Europe Executive Director Frans Stokman
Looking ahead, Petrochemicals Europe Executive Director Frans Stokman will be leaving Cefic on July 1st. We thank Frans for his thoughtful leadership over the past five years and wish him all the best in his next chapter. A new Executive Director will be appointed later this year.
ESIG Product Stewardship (PST) Group Leadership Transition: Céline Guissart’ s Departure
Céline Guissart from Lambiotte has announced that she will be leaving Lambiotte in mid-June and will no longer serve as the Chair of the ESIG Product Stewardship group. We sincerely thank Céline for her excellent collaboration and outstanding contributions as Chair.
Call for Nominations: New Chair of the ESIG Product Stewardship (PST) Group
The position of Chair of the PST group is now open to members. We invite members to nominate candidates for the new Chair, who will be elected at the upcoming General Assembly. This is an excellent opportunity for members to step forward and contribute to the continued success and leadership of the group.
A candidate has already expressed interest; however, we remain open to further expressions of interest from the membership.
